If you’re looking for a caring, nurturing child day care center with loving, experienced teachers who can bring the best out of your child then Sunflower Corner Preschool is for you! Founded by PHCS alumni-family Tom and Kimberly Ambrosino, Sunflower Corner is located on the campus of Pleasant Hill Christian School, with a separate program, staff, building and play area.
The mission of Sunflower Corner is to provide a child-centered educational community that provides development of the whole child. Teachers and parents work together to foster creativity, independence, joy of learning, personal responsibility and self-esteem, as well as early learning knowledge and skills. Sunflower Corner Preschool holds a childcare license issued by the State of California for the care of children ages 3 years old to entering first grade. We are licensed for a maximum of 15 children a day. Our goal is to have 1:8 teacher to child ration for 80% of each day. |
