Admission and Registration

To be accepted at Pleasant Hill Christian School, the student, parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) must:
  • Be interviewed by the administrator
  • Submit completed application forms
  • Take an academic skills assessment test to determine grade placement
  • Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) and Student(s) agree to support PHCS policies and procedures
  • Meet financial obligations, namely registration and tuition fees

Please contact the office to make your appointment with the administrator and to receive your admission and registration packet for the 2007 – 2008 school year.

PHCS office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 707-823-5868

Fees and Tuition

Application Fee:
A one time fee of $25.00 is non-refundable and covers interviews and student assessment for all new pupils at PHCS.

Registration Fee:
An annual fee of $100.00 covers the cost of processing applications and other necessary requirements of school enrollment. This is a financial commitment on the part of our families which allows the administration to more accurately project enrollment, staffing and curriculum needs.

Withdrawal Fee:
A fee of $75.00 will be charged for withdrawal after September 10th. The first month’s tuition is non-refundable.

Annual Tuition Schedule:

First Child: $4,675.00 ($425.00/mo*)
Second Child: $4,180.00 ($380.00/mo*)
Third Child: $3,630.00 (330.00/mo*)
Each Additional Child: $2,200.00 (200.00/mo*)

*Based on an Eleven month payment schedule
